The DCMA offers so many opportunities for advertising, many of which are included in your membership

We have strong ties with City Officials enabling us to easily communicate and help make changes locally.

BUSINESS MEMBER

For profit businesses located within the CRA get full membership and benefits, including voting power, possibility to get appointed to our Executive Board, and to be voted Vice-President or President.

ASSOCIATE MEMBER

Non-profit organizations (ie: Churches) interested in participating in the networking activities and other benefits of membership. Do not have voting power..

VOLUNTEER MEMBER

Volunteers are welcome to join our association to benefit from networking opportunities and more. Volunteer member can’t be appointed to our Executive Board and do not have voting power.

ADVOCACY

Our President meets with our City Manager monthly to tackle important issues on behalf of our merchants. She also has direct contact with the Police Lieutenant in charge of our Downtown and is a resource for merchants to discuss their needs.

COMMUNITY LIAISON

Our board works with many other membership organizations to help spread the word on what’s happening in Downtown Clearwater. Our members’ events are shared with groups across our community and communicated to thousands of people through their websites and distribution lists.

MONTHLY MEETINGS

Our merchants are invited to a monthly meeting to hear the work of our Executive Board and bring ideas, concerns and conversations to the table. These meetings are highly informative and help our members know what is going on within our City with readily available and relevant information.

ADVERTISING CO-OPS

Your membership dues enable you to participate in Advertising Co-Ops, helping your business to be present on a wide variety of advertising medias, growing your awareness as a part of our Downtown. From print to ads on the Jolley Trolley, our members get to participate in various campaigns.

MEDIA EXPOSURE


We promote Downtown Clearwater through many different channels including local TV and media interviews. Your membership includes exposure in all the project that DCMA undertakes.
